We have found it useful to provide participants with a packet of handouts at the beginning of the workshop. By including task sheets and information sheets in the packet, the facilitators do not have to distribute materials during the workshop. It will also reduce the number of flipcharts, you will need to prepare.

Be careful to select information sheets and statistics that are the most useful for your group. You will not want to overload your participants.
